Look for KB3004394, if you have it, uninstall that and restart.Try installing SP1 manually, from the stand alone file you've downloaded. I eventually got SP 1 to install (after several failedattempts through the Update Options that come with Windows 7). If there isn't any more updates, then go control panel and open the list of installed updates. Inside Windows Updates are there any other updates in the list? If so can you download and install it?
